How we hold the brief.
Purpose, practice, and continuity — read as three commissions.
Purpose
Every commission starts with the client’s drawings, load schedule, and site constraints — not a catalogue shortcut. We fix voltage class, form of assembly, and protection philosophy before any enclosure is cut.
Boards are engineered for industrial and commercial duty under national and international practice. The brief is held until the panel is ready for continuous service: nothing leaves without a clear commission path.
Practice
Schematics, protection settings, and busbar geometry are designed in house. Copper is sized, cut, and dressed on our floor; enclosures are fabricated and wired under total quality control to ISO 9001.
Assembly follows the approved form of assembly cell by cell — from incomers and feeders through control and metering — so the finished board matches the duty it was drawn for.
Continuity
The same works that draws and builds the board commissions it. Installation, insulation and functional tests, and site handover close the path under one roof.
Protection settings are verified against the brief so the board holds for continuous duty after energisation — not only on the works floor, but on site.

Quality Switchgears manufactures HT and LT switchgear and substation equipment for industrial and commercial sectors across Pakistan. Medium-voltage work covers 11 kV VCB and LBS boards to WAPDA P-44:96 and IEC practice. Low-voltage work covers main LT boards and cubicle switchgear with fault, voltage, and thermal protection as specified.
Control and continuity sit beside power: motor control centres, AMF / ATS, synchronizing and load sharing, power-factor improvement at 415 V and 11 kV, bus-tie duct to 6000 A, terminations, trays, and ladders — engineered and built at Al Ghani Industrial Estate, Ferozepur Road, Lahore.
